Booking
How does a mobile detailing visit work?
Choose a service and a time slot online. Our technician arrives at your home, office or parking with water, power and all equipment, does the job on site and sends you before/after photos.
Which areas do you cover?
We cover most of central and new Dubai — see the list of areas on the home page. If your district is not listed, message us on WhatsApp and we will try to fit you in.
Can I reschedule or cancel?
Free of charge up to 12 hours before the visit — just message us on WhatsApp.
Service
Can you work in an underground or building parking?
Yes — most of our jobs are in residential parkings. Our equipment is quiet and we leave no water on the floor. Please arrange access with security if your building requires it.
Do I need to be present during the service?
Only to hand over and collect the key. Many clients leave the key with concierge or security.
What about summer heat?
In summer we recommend early-morning or evening slots and shaded or covered parking. Some coatings can only be applied in the shade.
Payment
How do I pay?
You pay after the job is done — cash or card on site. No prepayment is required to book.
